1. Are we a real business? real people?
A: A legitimate question in today's world, yes, we are real people and a real business. Check out the About Us page for more information, but the short version is we have a passion for indoor air quality and plants of all kinds, this business is a result of those two passions. You can also call, text, or email us and a real person will answer or respond.
2. Can plants really help with indoor air quality?
A: Yes, studies have proven that plants can filter multiple types of volatile organic compounds from the air, check out this post for more information.
3. What are shipping and transit times?
A: All items either ship from our location in North Florida or our partner who has greenhouses in Central Florida and Southern California. All plants will usually ship within 1-4 days, usually 1-2 days. Transit times will vary depending on your location and where the plant ships from, but is usually another 1-4 days. These times may be a little longer than you are accustomed to, but plants can't be shipped Amazon style where they are just thrown in a box.
4. Do you guarantee your plants?
A: Yes, we guarantee that the plants will arrive to you healthy. Should any plants show up damaged, please inform us within 24hrs and send a photo of the package and plant. We will also guarantee your plants for 30-days after arrival as long as you are providing the basic care. If your location will be 45F or below, you must purchase heat packs with your order for the guarantee to apply.
5. How do I redeem my free indoor air quality consultation?
A: Email us your order# requesting a consultation and we will reach out to you to schedule.
